Rugman always provides free shipping* on every purchase of a genuine Oriental rug, right to your home.
The price you see for a rug is the price you’ll pay, with no surprise handling or delivery charges added during check out or upon delivery.

*Free shipping is available to addresses within USA contiguous states and Canada.
Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For our international customers, any shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the international resident.

Do I need to be at home to accept my delivery when it arrives?

We realize that you may not necessarily be home when your delivery arrives. While we strongly recommend you are present to accept your delivery in person, it is not mandatory. No need to worry - if you’re unavailable at time of delivery, FedEx will leave the rug in a safe place until you arrive home.

Can I track my order while in shipment? How?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Rugman.com. Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you again with the necessary shipping/tracking information. You may use that information to login at the FedEx website to track your shipment by confirmation number.
